Tribute to the Michaels
It has come to my attention that my life is suddenly full of Michaels. There seems to be an abundance of them. While they all share the same name, they are all very different and amazing in their own ways. I have decided to pay tribute to three of them.
1. Michael aka Mike: a rainman, for he comes from the great state of Washington and has a contagious laugh that we all love. Thank you for sharing your insane internet videos and laughter.
2. Michael aka Parker: an endearing soul to be sure, he abides at the Black Pearl and always has annonymously great comments to leave on my blog. Thank you for being a true Fauf fan! (and here is the mention you have been watching for. May you rest in peace--not in the earth of course!)
3. Michael aka Dahling: an amazing boyfriend, he is my dear lovah who makes life one exciting adventure. Thank you for being so uniquely you and for encouraging me to be the best Fauf I can be! Sappiness is happiness--hooray for us!
4. Michaels around the globe: if you are a Michael and were not mentioned above, then here is a quick tribute to you: may you live in such a way as to be worthy of your name, for there are some amazing Michaels out there in the world. Don't soil the name!

Ahh shucks!
So... Here's the thing. I don't use children's names... Unlike some bloggers. Shame shame shame.
Well Farah, this will do quite nicely, if i do say so myself. I heartily approve of the name Michael. It is a good strong name. And, if you go to my blog, you will see I reciprocated, albeit in a manner much less refined and clever than your own.
