Trader Fauf's
The other night, Michael and I were talking about making some diet changes in our life. We're fairly healthy, but we both agreed we could eat healthier and lose a few inches. So we're thinking about the best way to tackle this. We might switch our shopping from Food Max to Trader Joe's, eat smaller portions for dinner, cut out after dinner snacking, limit our eating out, and be mindful of snacks and sweets.
Anything I've left out?

And read 'Animal, Vegetable, Miracle' by Barbara Kingsolver and 'Real Food' by Nina Planck. Life changing!
